Showgirls (1995)

Starts with a messy blonde lying in bed looking wrecked—like she just finished a long session. Sheets are half off, her hair’s everywhere, and you can see the freckles on her face. Then it cuts to a gym where the same blonde in a pink sports bra is on a treadmill talking to a Black girl with a short bob. No sex, just flirty eyes and teasing grins. Next, a muscular guy in a necklace feeds a blonde in a gold dress at a backstage vanity—close enough that their knees touch. The Latina in leopard print at the vanity is all dramatic makeup and slow neck touches, like she’s about to lose it. Best part is the pool scene: both girls in red floaties, one blonde resting her head on the other’s shoulder. Feels more intimate than scripted, and the water reflections make it look real.
