Scorned 2 (1997)

Starts in a dim parking garage with a guy in a suit just sitting in his car. Then cuts to an office where a slim blonde in a white blouse leans over a desk, giving this older guy in glasses a slow, teasing blowjob. She keeps eye contact the whole time, like she’s running the show. Later, there’s a hallway scene with another dude in plaid holding what looks like a small vibe, talking close to a girl in a green top. The lighting’s bright, so you see everything. Ends with the blonde petting a dog on a park bench, still in her black top, flirting with the same guy from the garage. Good mix of build-up and actual action.
