Pin-saro byôin: Nô-pan hakui (1997)

Starts with this skinny Asian girl in a maid outfit getting grabbed from behind by a guy in a white uniform—looks like a doctor or some kind of service role. She’s got long dark hair, big eyes, and that classic youthful look. The dude’s holding a bright red dildo up to her face, and she’s not having it—pushing back, giving him this annoyed but kinda hot glare. The lighting’s all bright and clinical, like they’re in some fake exam room, which makes the whole thing feel even more forced and dirty. Later, she’s leaning in close, whispering something, and you can tell the power dynamic’s shifting. The camera’s mostly on her face and tits, but you get a good shot of her ass when she turns around. Not a ton of actual fucking yet, but the tension’s solid—good for anyone who likes that push-pull, roleplay vibe with a medical twist.
