In the Cut (2003)

The girl’s got short blonde hair, bangs, slim glasses, and a tight body — looks like a college girl who doesn’t see much sunlight. She’s mostly quiet, doing most of the scene with a guy in a red shirt, starting with some awkward outdoor small talk before things move inside.
