Of Freaks and Men (1998)

One of the women has dark braided hair and a slim frame — she’s on her knees first, sucking the guy with the slicked-back hair while the other woman watches from behind the doorway. They switch off, both taking turns riding him in a slow, grinding motion on the edge of what looks like a dining table. The lighting stays low throughout, mostly natural with some dim indoor lamps highlighting their faces during close-ups. Later, the bald guy fucks one of them from behind in doggy style, really pulling her hips back with each thrust. The other woman jerks him off at one point while he’s still inside her, then swaps to take over with a strapon. Camera stays mostly on wide and medium shots, nothing too shaky, good angles during the oral parts.
