Abbronzatissimi (1991)

It starts with a blonde girl in her 20s taking care of herself in a bathroom, using a blue object. Then we see a slim guy in his 30s with short brown hair talking to another guy in a formal room. Outdoor scenes follow, with a muscular guy in his 20s talking to a girl with long dark hair by a pool, and later on the beach with a girl with a blonde ponytail.
